| Description | Teaching Objective: To grasp the principles of pastoral liturgy and their application to the context of Hong Kong Church Teaching Content: Beginning with an overview of the principles of pastoral liturgy, this course will examine in depth each of the rites of the seven sacraments with the intention of developing the options and celebrations for the variety of communities found in the Hong Kong Church. This course will also treat of other pastoral liturgical concerns such as the celebration of liturgies with children, the liturgy of the hours and popular piety. Teaching Mode: Lecture and Group Discussion Assessment Mode: Others Remark: This course is only open to students who have completed Year 2 studies and are in/preparing for ordained ministry. |
