Description Teaching Objective
This course will introduce the major philosophical thoughts and the methodology for the study of St. Thomas Aquinas. It will guide the student into his philosophical system and style of argument by his major works such as Summa Theologiae and Summa Contra Gentiles. This course will also help the students to apply St. Thomas’ ideas to the specific philosophical issues.

Teaching Content:
This course will introduce some major philosophical ideas of St. Thomas Aquinas and the methodology of the study of St. Thomas. It will also share the recent research results with the students for their further reading and reflection.
