Credit Hours The calculation of credits is according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
Assessment There are two general kinds of assessment, namely, formal examination and assignment.

Requirements for Graduation To obtain the L.T. Degree, candidates shall fulfill the following requirements:
a. They shall have successfully obtained 126 ECTS credits in courses including the following:
i. courses common to all specializations (14 credits);
ii. courses proper to Dogmatic Theology (35 credits);
iii. elective courses (14 credits);
iv. seminars (21 credits);
v. thesis (42 credits);

b. They shall have obtained a grade in each course or seminar of not less than 60%;

c. They shall have completed the thesis that fulfills the conditions as laid down in the Thesis Requirements, obtaining a grade of not less than 60%; and

d. They shall have acquired a reading knowledge of one of the following: German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese during their studies for the L.T. degree.
