Description | Teaching Objective: To introduce the students to a general knowledge of the contents, exegesis and theology of the Book of the Acts of the Apostles. Teaching Content: The material is subdivided into nine sections: 1. The Literary Form, 2. The structural unity with the Gospel according to Luke, 3. The initial pericope and its zip-function with the last paragraph of the Gospel according to Luke, 4. The setting and content of the seven great Kerymatic Speeches, 5. The threefold summary account of the primitive Jerusalem church, 6. The threefold narrative of St. Paul’s conversion, 7. The threefold mention of Peter’s first preaching to the Gentiles, 8.
